I affirm that PvP Records reserves the exclusive right to modify artistic works or adjust metadata details of albums and songs as necessary, in alignment with Apple/iTunes content delivery guidelines. This also includes the discretion to bypass Apple/iTunes specifications when deemed appropriate.

I hereby warrant, represent, and affirm on behalf of myself and any associated parties that the works (hereinafter referred to as 'Works') are my original creations and have not been copied or derived from any third-party sources. I further assure that these Works do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third party, nor do they contain material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

In the event of any infringement, or if any of the above assurances are determined to be false or misleading, I commit to fully indemnify and protect PvP Records from any resulting obligations, including but not limited to legal expenses, compensatory damages, and other associated costs.
